Decatur Township Fire Department is committed to keeping you and your family safe.  Did you know that in 2019, 93 fatalities occurred  in  homes with no working smoke alarms. This is an increase from previous years. If you are in need of a smoke alarm, or your current one is outdated,  simply fill out the request by clicking the button.

Restrictions:

• Must be a resident of  Decatur Township
• Allow for a Home Safety Inspections
• The smoke alarm will be installed by members of Decatur Township Fire Department
• Installation of One (1) 10-year non-tamper photoelectric alarm per level per household
